Mr. Chauhan has Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, in year 1988 and associated with Vastunidhi Architects since year 1991 as a civil structural engineer with experience of 28 years in civil and structural engineering, project management and construction of Data Centres for Tulip, Indian Oil, Idea Cellular etc, high rise residential, commercial, hotels, institutional, industrial and process buildings including Cement, Power & steel plants. We have come across many engineering / construction challenges, which have been dealt successfully with dedication and innovations for timely completion of the project. Sunnil Jha, a highly experienced professional is a member of ASHRAE and also ISHRAE. He has previously been attached with leading engineering companies like Technofab Engineering Ltd., Firepro Systems Pvt. Ltd. He was associated with Sanelac Consultants Pvt. Ltd., as an associate director before branching out as an independent consultant. He has over 29 years' experience in design, installation and project supervision of MEP services. He has been involved in design, co-ordination and supervision of a diversity of projects including high rise residential and commercial buildings, Infrastructure projects, large size shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, stadium, schools, town ships, IT parks, airports, commercial buildings, industrial installations etc. He is well versed with design of renewable energy system and sustainable developments. His expertise includes value engineering, trouble shooting and conceptualization of economic and reliable designs.

• Worked as independent consultant for The East India Hotels (The Oberoi Hotels) Group through MEP Consultant M/s Sanelac Consultants, various other projects viz., Fire protection system of CCKPL, Data centre of Standard Chartered Bank at Chennai, Unchahar Thermal Power station, ITC Saharan Pur, GAIL, Pata etc., from 2001 to 2004.
• Firepro Systems Pvt. Ltd. : From 2004 to 2006 : Worked as Regional Head of North Zone of the Company and handled the sales, marketing, designs and project execution of various Industrial, commercial and Residential projects.
